VANILLA SPONGE
By far the most popular and my most requested flavour. Scrumptious and moist vanilla sponge with jam and vanilla buttercream filling.
CHOCOLATE SPONGE
Not as rich as my chocolate fudge cake and perfect for children's parties. Teams well with chocolate buttercream.
CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE
Very rich, moist and dark chocolate fudge cake. A little will go a long way to staisfy that chocoolate craving. Try with chocolate ganache (a mixture of chocolate and cream), chocolate buttercream or Nutella for a really full on chocolate overload. Great when served with fresh cream.
CHILLI CHOCOLATE CAKE
A combination of my popular chocolate sponge cake delicately flavoured with warming chilli. This one is teamed with chilli flavoured buttercream. Not overpowering but a real taste sensation.
COFFEE & HAZELNUT
Delicious coffee flavoured sponge teamed up with crunchy hazelnuts and a coffee flavoured buttercream.
CARROT CAKE
Another firm favourite and works well with cream cheese flavoured frosting but also great with buttercream. If only it would count as one of your five a day!
GIN & LIME
For the discerning palate and strictly for the grown ups. Gin flavoured cupcakes with zingy gin and lime flavoured frosting sprinkled with lime zest and decorated with a slice of lime.
LEMON
Also very popular is my lemon sponge with either a lemon curd or lemon buttercream filling (or both!). If you like lemon flavoured cakes then you will love this! Or why not go for a lovely lemon drizzle cake 😋
MAPLE & CARAMEL
I love this combination. Maple flavoured sponge with creamy caramel buttercream. Perfect for the latest trend in chocolate covered drip cakes.
VANILLA WITH SALTED CARAMEL
Perfect for cupcakes. My ever popular vanilla sponge made into a cupcake with a sticky salted caramel centre topped off with salted caramel buttercream.
DEATH BY OREO CUPCAKES
One for true Oreo lovers. There's Oreos in the cake and in the frosting. And the best part is the Oreo surprise - a whole firm and crunchy Oreo at the bottom of the cake!
RED VELVET
For those who like a bit of colour in their cake life. Gentle and not too sweet. Made with buttermilk and a hint of chocolate.
ROSE & CARDAMOM
Like a symphony in your mouth. Beautifully moist with the delicate flavour of rose coupled with a hint of cardamom and smooth buttercream.
ROSE & PISTACHIO
Similar to rose & cardamom but with pistachio nuts instead.
GULAB JAMUN
A combination of the ever popular vanilla sponge coupled with my favourite Indian dessert - Gulab Jamun!
SALTED CARAMEL
This one is starting to become very popular. Delicious sponge cake with the smooth taste of salted caramel.
ELDERFLOWER & BLUEBERRY
Elderflower is high up in the popularity rankings since a certain Royal Wedding and this flavour combination really teams well together.
CHOCOLATE ORANGE
Another great flavour combination. Delicious moist chocolate cake infused with orange to give it that little something extra.
RICH FRUIT CAKE
Covered in a layer of marzipan and then coated with a crunchy royal icing or soft sugarpaste (fondant), this is one for the more traditional cake lover. Soaked in brandy or rum and bursting with fruit, this cake is full of flavour. I like to eat mine with a slice of cheese.

Perfect for Hallowe'en or Guy Fawkes Night. A lovely cinnamon flavoured sponge with a sticky toffee apple flavoured filling.
RASPBERRY & WHITE CHOCOLATE
Soft sponge cake bursting with juicy raspberries teamed up with white chocolate buttercream made with a decadent white chocolate ganache. A slice of heaven on a plate.
